A small amount of good news.

The deferment on my student loans was approved, which means I don't have to make a student loan payment until February. That will be a boost for the rest of the summer and the fall.

The rain shower this afternoon was glorious. It was stinging and cold and drenched me in seconds. While the rest of the people cleared the streets and sought the comfort of overhangs and doorways, I walked down the street to the gym.

Sure I was soaked. But I loved every minute of it.
