Closing in

The wash on the Swordmasters is drying. Tomorrow I can focus on the detailing and shading, and then... the army will be complete. The marathon painting days will come to an end, and the devouring of books will begin. I'd like to find something about the history of scandals in the White House. We talk about the idiocy and philandering of our recent presidents, but what about FDR? How did he behave? How about Taft, or Jefferson, or Adams (either one). I know Ulysses S. Grant was a drunk, but surely there is more.

I'm pretty sure I liked the Matrix, but I'll have to see it again to make sure!

I went on my first bachelor party yesterday. It was a unique sort of evening, with trips to lots of places I don't normally frequent. Each was interesting in its own way. And Cris has now moved into La Casa de Sangria, the piles of boxes slowly vanishing and order building it's way out of chaos. There have been a series of changes coming in my life as of late. newfound confidence in myself, (along with proof!) new compliments about my latest painted army, new roommates. I think the cycle of change is in full swing. Let's see where it takes me....
