Damn that workout felt good today. Almost as good as the strawberry banana smoothie I had on the way home.
Which was almost as good as hearing Speak Your Every Word blast through my car speakers as I drove down Broadway with the windows open and the warm pre spring air enveloping my face and the sun pouring through the glass and oh my god the winter is ending.
