Dammit, I'm still here

Getting out of bed would be good.
As would a scalding hot shower, a hot cup of tea, and breakfast.

Perhaps a trip to Costco might be in order as well...

One of the most important lessons I learned in my previous round of unemployment, was keeping to a regular schedule, and putting my shoes on as soon as I woke up.

It's great to be able to sleep in after a night at club, though, isn't it?

It certainly is. Even more than I used to.

The question is, what sort of schedule to make for myself? I'm running out of things to paint, and I've applied for most of the jobs that are out there now.

Hmm.

Did you not have aspirations of writing, once?

Once.

I'm not sure what I'd write about now. A barely fictionalized accounting of our friends? I can write pretty well, but I don't think I can be a writer. Not of novels. Screenplays? Hmmm...

Maybe I won't be so negative, and noodle around with that.

How's your writing coming along?
