Recent research has posited that polar bears are not so much bears as giant weasels.
No really! They may represent a link between the Ursinae and the Mustelidae. And the mustelids were there first. Pretty cool.
If you've ever seen a healthy intact male albino ferret, the resemblance (except for the size part) is striking.

I meant the rounder Blixa gets, the more he approaches Peter Lorre's roundness levels.
He does look fine, but he was gaunt when he was younger, and now he's not.
