They never made a DVD, all/most of the original prints were destroyed in a warehouse fire.

I have an origianl VHS copy, which still makes me happy!

amazing film!
i've seen it about 5 or 6 times and have a copy of it somewhere that i taped from HBO years ago.

you should definitely have a showing when you feel like doing so.
