I watched Kiss Kiss Bang Bang earlier this week. It threw me a bit, but once I got into the rhythm of the movie, I really liked it.
I just saw Brick and it blew me away. Absolutely brilliant.
Amusingly enough, one of my favorite parts was when Laura used effulgent in that song.

I'm going to find me a free weekend, and I'm going to have me a Noir cocktail party. Dapper hats, mysterious blondes, jazzy period music, martinis, and danger. Well, there probably won't be any danger. Probably.

I found myself cheering Brendan in the first fifteen minutes of the movie. There were many frequents cheers, gasps, and laughs all the way through.

"I have all five of my senses, and I had a full night's sleep, and that puts me six up on the lot of you!" OMG what a bad ass!

Plus, Lukas Haas. LUKAS HAAS??!?!?!
