Because we all hate cryptic LJ entries...

Friday night at OM was a pleasant experience, drinking some expensive but tasty drinks with Rishikanta. The cool zen tea really was scrumptuous. The drinks were large enough you could nurse them for some time. The atmosphere and music was nice, and made me long for a good techno club, or hitting a rave with a large posse of friends.

Saturday night turned into a very awesome night at Toast. Random Hot And I Know It girl and her boy were hogging the upper block and making quite a scene, and would then camp out on it when they were finished. Hmph. I ended up dancing quite a bit, after talking with subatomicsatan, winter's chill, and mistressmuffin.

3rd most awesome thing of the night: getting all my requests played (pet shop boys, information society, and the timelords, plus a bonus of figures on a beach!)

2nd most awesome thing of the night (or why I was a bad man): meeting rachel, a nice Korean woman while we were both requesting pet shop boys. He played a new track we didn't know, and we bonded over how we needed to be more specific. Her request was played (dead or alive) and her dance fu was strong. then West End Girls came on and we cheered. We danced together for a while, until her boyfriend walked over, PICKED HER UP, and carried her off the dance floor. They left moments later. I nearly fell down from laughing so hard.

1st most awesome thing of the night: RHAIKI's boy tapped me on the shoulder and asked if I've ever been to Ibizia. I sadly shook my head no. He said "You woul be a god, there."

And that was my night.

Do they worship very long fingers in/at Ibizia?

I think they worship very long fingers everywhere :)

Ibiza is a city/island in Spain that is notorious for it's amazing club scene. The clubs open at midnight and close at 10 am, it's like a circus in there.
