And I'm back to kicking things and screaming at work again.
At least this time I've getting a grip.  Trying to let it ride out of me.
I feel like puking.  Maybe that will help.

I threw a mouse the other day. I thought it was just me & my co-worker in the conference room.
But since it hit the glass window, it scared some guy out by the elevators.
