Following that up with some Witch Hunter Robin.

These are a few of my favorite things.

Lately I've been watching Neon Genesis Evangelion and Witch Hunter Robin. One of the most amusing things about the two shows are their theme songs. NGE's song has very cool lyrics, but the music reminds me of the Miami Sound Machine. WHR lyrics are darker and stranger, but the music (and intro graphics) feel like they belong on Dawson's Creek. WHR would be the perfect WB live action show.

I have prior commitments both during the day and that night, but I read up on the Mekhet, and I think I have a concept for a Lamont Cranston / cat burglar type character. It should be fun. Once I get a write up, who should I send it to?

The singer is called Bana (though that's a stage name) and the opening song is "Shell," closing song is "Half Pain."

I'm not bad-mouthing it at all. But look at the opening credits!

Robin sitting in her room, throwing herself at the TV while Amon is walking around all cool and "Angel"-like. The song reminds me of the Dawson's Theme song, but in a cool way.

You KNOW the show would be a hit on the WB. After all, Buffy was...

Dawson's Creek would have been a lot cooler if they had a pyrokinetic on it.

Witch Hunter Robin Live Action Remake: In April 2004, the Sci-Fi Channel confirmed that it was producing a Witch Hunter Robin live action remake series. The TV series will air in 2004 or 2005; Sci-Fi has not yet announced how many episodes will be produced. Roy Lee and Doug Davison, who created The Ring (the American remake of the Japanese film Ringu), will serve as executive producers of the WHR live action remake.

I hope it turns out well--I know I will have super high expectations. I wish the people who did the Nikita tv show would produce it, but the Ring people might prove to be a good choice.

No, thanks ^___^ I prefer a little and cute robots :) As to NGE - I dislike it because of its gloomy mood and idiotic (inspite of Kaji and Misato) caracters...
