Will write for food

After trying a few of these, I found it's rather addicting. So, I’m going to post the pro-active version of this meme.

I will write an imaginary memory of you, if you leave a request in this journal. You can either suggest a memory, or let me make one up. Your call.

"So what's your impression of Dragon Con so far?" I asked as we left the ballrom and it's pounding industrial music behind us. There was a steady stream of... almost humanity walking back and forth. Well, some humans. There were elves and aliens and stormtroopers and three incredibly well done Borg, with laser lights and prosthetic arms and whirring mechanical parts. You stopped to watch them. Then turned and looked at you, the laser light playing across your face. "Werd," you said and smiled at them. They continued to stare, then walked into the darkened ballroom as Velvet Acid Christ began to play.

"Serioulsy, it's a little crowded, but really diverse." We continued walking through the press of people, past the table where Jhonen Vasquez was signing issues of his comic. "But the biggest surprise is that you can fit 20,000 gamers in a hotel and it doesn't smell." I started laughing, and I saw Jhonen snort.

"Give it time," I said. "This is only the first night."
"Rad!"
