Last night was, as predicted, a great time.

The sushi was better than expected. The last time we ordered from Koreana, I don't remember it being as good. But it was orgasmicly tasty. The Angel viewing was filled with laughs. I thought it was a great start to the year. But remind me again how Angel got into the school building during daylight again? Apparently the legal scene was dead wrong too (I have experts who can back me up). Still, it was extremely entertaining.

The dancing was very fine as well. Lots of new faces showing up to see the video and hear Ronan and co. spin. I really liked their set. There was an amazing amount of fake hair in the club, more multicolored dreds that real hair, I think!

I felt very empty this morning however. That seems to be passing. And that's a good thing.

Lots of fast paced and trance flavored synthpop. Lots of songs I was unfamiliar with. I heard a really good remix of NIN's Sin. They guys from VNV Nation fulfilled what a DJ should do: expose you to new music, and get your body moving!

Oh that sounds like a wkd night! I love finding new music that just gets you dancing. Paul Van Dyke is playing at a club in Birmingham later this month, I'm really tempted to go but will have to see how finances etc go.

Nice one!

Avalon is a local club that gets a lot of big name people in. I should check out their site and see who's upcoming...

Tonight will be spent at the gym, then watching a scary Japanese film called Audition.
