My first unemployment check arrived in the mail. Hurrah!
It's only $100 or so less that what my regular checks were, so I should be living near my regular level of comfort until it runs out, or I get a new job.

Which sounds remarkably like "I need a new corporal, Rico. You're it until your dead, or I find someone better."

Heh, I'd be tempted to sell you some on the cheap. I have about 850 pts, that I haven't gotten around to painting... nor am I sure that I will ever flesh the army out.

It was a very pleasant visit. Sometimes just having someone around is a big help. If you're ever home and want to hang out again, let me know :)
