I hate how you can be hit by a stab of jealousy, even if you have no reason to.

a former girlfriend is dating a friend of mine. Apparantly this has been going on for a while, I just found out about it now.

I feel like I've done wrong by her, I think a part of me will always want to make things right and get back together with her, but I don't think that's in the cards. It just hurts sometimes, when you see a person you used to be with, happy and involved with someone. Especially when you are not so involved.

*shrug. We all get blindsided sometimes. Have fun in your travels!

It could be worse, a former girlfriend could be dating your roommate.

But then again, I almost think situations where you don't know the person the ex is dating leads me to have those stupid jealousy pangs easier. At least if they date a friend of mine, I can at least see what good qualities that person has. I got nothing here.
