The mage game rocked on Friday night. A rather large group combat went fairly smoothly, and dramatically. The party was revealed to be a fairly high callous streak in them, but not entirely bereft of compassion. I look forward eagerly to the next installment of the game: I feel the excitement level for the game rising. Researching the city of New Orleans, delving into the characters of the players and those they will encounter... it's a lot of fun. And the game is really different from the last time I ran it. The city and NPC's are the same, but the players are pushing it in a new direction.

Also I played host to an old friend visiting for the weekend. Her visit was short, but extremely pleasant.

Did I mention that the Season 2 Buffy DVD's arrived that day? WOO HOO!
